ODESSA – Two people are dead following a car-pedestrian accident in Odessa.
The accident happened at the intersection of 16th Street and Redondo Avenue just after 7 p.m. Thursday.
DPS Troopers tell NewsWest 9, a 2002 Mercury four door was traveling eastbound on 16th Street and hit two pedestrians crossing the roadway.
The two pedestrians, 68-year-old Donald Lewis Williams and 47-year-old Kelly Lynn Morton, were both killed in the accident.
Officials say the two pedestrians were not in a crosswalk.
We're told the driver will not be cited.
