ODESSA- One person has been killed and another injured in a one vehicle accident in Odessa.
The accident happened in the 5400 block of Andrews Highway just after 6:30 a.m.
We're told the passenger of the vehicle, 32-year-old Faustino Calderon was found dead in the vehicle.
The driver, 33-year-old Juan Sanchez, was taken to Medical Center Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
During the investigation, enough evidence was gathered to obtain a warrant for Sanchez' arrest for murder.
Police are continuing their investigation into the accident and no charges have been filed at this time.
