MIDLAND - Breaking into a home and biting an officer got one Midland man locked up.
According to the affidavit, 26-year-old Pedro Vega went to his girlfriend's apartment, kicked the door in and left her outside.
When officers got there, they were able to place him in handcuffs.
While being placed in a patrol car, the report says Vega became confrontational.
An officer had to climb on top of him to secure him and that's when Vega bit the officer on the hand.
The report says the officer punched him in the head and he let go.
