HOBBS, N.M. - A Hobbs man got into trouble with the law for the second time in three months.
42-year-old Patrick Richiusa is facing multiple charges including violation of an order of protection and aggravated stalking.
He was arrested on Sunday night after he admitted to following and watching his ex-girlfriend who had a protection order against him for domestic violence.
The victim told police she was moving to a new apartment because she feared for her life.
Officers decided to check her old apartment to see if they could catch him.
They obtained a key from management and found him inside the victim's home.
Police also noticed that the screen was missing from a window.
This isn't the first time Richiusa ended up behind bars.
He was arrested a couple months ago after trying to steal painkillers.
