ANDREWS COUNTY – Three people are dead and another was injured following a morning accident in Andrews County on Saturday.
The accident happened on State Highway 176, about six miles east of Andrews.
DPS Troopers tell NewsWest 9, a 2009 Jeep was traveling south on FM 1788, disregarded a stop sign causing a collision with a 2010 Ford F-150. That's when a third vehicle, 2011 Peterbuilt, hit both the Jeep and F-150.
The driver of the Jeep, 32-year-old Steven Michael Bolton of El Paso, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two people in the Ford F-150, 43-year-old Douglas Patrick Irwin and 15-year-old Marcus Irwin, both from Big Spring, were also killed in the accident.
The driver of the Peterbuilt truck, 47-year-old Allan Carlton Warren, was taken to Permian Regional Medical Center in Andrews. He was last listed in stable condition.
