ECTOR COUNTY - One person was taken to the hospital after a four car accident in south Ector County.
The accident happened around 7 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Highway 385 and E. Schirra Drive.
DPS Troopers tell NewsWest 9, a semi was turning left on Highway 385 from Schirra Drive when the truck driver couldn't see a white pickup due to darkness and fog.
That's when the semi hit the white pickup truck.
A grey truck traveling northbound on Highway 385 hit the semi's trailer and a maroon SUV in the left lane also collided with the truck and went under the semi's trailer.
The driver of the maroon SUV was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the semi will be ticketed for failure to yield the right of way.
