MIDLAND/ODESSA - It's a chance to get rid of your old electronics and recycle them.
Saturday is Texas Recycles Day and there are two spots where you can drop off your recyclables.
In midland, you can stop by the Chaparral Parking Lot at Midland College from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.
Keep midland beautiful will take computers, fax machines, old cell phones and stereos.
You can also bring your old bills and papers to be shredded.
They also accept newspapers, cardboard, aluminum and number one and two plastics.
Tires are also accepted but there is a limit of six per car and you also have to remove the rims.
Commercial tires will not be accepted.
They will not take paint, batteries, glass or Styrofoam.

Over in Odessa, you can drop of recyclables at the recycle time machine on West 42nd Street from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.
they will take bulky items like furniture, electronics and appliances as well as household hazardous waste like paint, cleaners, oils, batteries and pesticides.
Regular recyclables like aluminum cans, newspapers, cardboard and number one and number two plastics are also accepted.
You can also bring up to three boxes for shredding.
Tires will not be accepted.
