LOVINGTON, N.M. - A convicted criminal is back behind bars after kidnapping his girlfriend.
Lovington Police responded to a call that a woman was being held against her will.
The house belonged to Dakota Graham.
According to the report, the woman told officers he walked up to her at convenience store in Hobbs, pointed a gun at her and told her to get in the car.
Graham took the victim to his house in Lovington where he took her cell phone, tased her and choked her.
Graham has previous convictions for drugs, stealing cars and forgery.
He is now looking at charges of stalking, assault and battery.
