MIDLAND - H.E.B. kicked off their feast of sharing tradition in Midland.
They celebrated the start of the holiday season by delivering meals to over 600 homebound Midland families.
This Friday, the community is invited out to a huge “Feast of Sharing” dinner at the horseshoe arena.
The 12th annual event is free to the public and will feature a Thanksgiving style meal, live bands and entertainment for kids.
"We believe that when our communities come together, we work together. We're stronger, we're better, so that's part of our mission statement as an organization," H.E.B. Unit Director, Bob Murphy, said.
The event will be held on Friday from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m.
600 volunteers are expected to help out for the feast on Friday night.
