MIDLAND - A Midland restaurant is under fire after breaking child labor laws.
Investigation shows Fuddruckers violated the Fair Labor Standards Act by allowing minors to operate dangerous machinery.
They would also schedule and allow 14 and 15-year-old workers to close their store after nine at night.
We're told this went on for two years.
The restaurant will now have to pay $6,600 in civil money penalties.
Fuddruckers has also agreed to comply with child labor laws in the future.
