MIDLAND COUNTY - An inmate at the Midland County Jail just keeps racking up charges.
Pete Ballez, Junior, has now been charged with of having a deadly weapon in jail.
According to the affidavit, officials began a shakedown of Ballez's cell.
They say they found several fishing lines under his mattress and that one was a toothbrush that had been sharpened.
The fishing line was wrapped around the toothbrush to make it seem as if it was a fishing tool.
Ballez is already facing murder and manslaughter charges, along with attacking an officer.
