MIDLAND – An Harlingen man is dead following a late night accident in Midland.
The accident happened in the 3300 block of West Interstate 20 around 11:30 p.m. Sunday night.
City of Midland officials tell NewsWest 9, 40-year-old Adam Torres was driving a grey Mitsubishi Galant eastbound on the north service road of I-20 when his vehicle continued straight at a curve and exited the roadway.
We're told the vehicle struck a utility box, went into a ditch and up an embankment, ejecting Torres.
Torres was pronounced dead at the scene.
