The accident happened on New Mexico State Road 128 at mile post four east of Loving, New Mexico around 8:20 a.m.

New Mexico State Police tell NewsWest 9, a tractor trailer driven by 47-year-old Isidro Hernandez was traveling eastbound on State Road 128 when a one ton truck traveling westbound crashed head-on with Hernandez' vehicle.
