MARTIN COUNTY – A Midland man is dead following a late night accident in Martin County.
The accident happened on State Highway 176 about five and half miles east of Lenorah.
DPS Troopers tell NewsWest 9, a 2001 Ford was traveling westbound on Highway 176 when the vehicle drifted into the eastbound lane hitting the left side of an 18 wheeler and one of the back axles of the trailer the 18-wheeler was towing.
The driver of the Ford, 34-year-old Alfred B. Tochterman, III, died on the scene.
