ODESSA - A former Permian teacher was back in court on Monday.
Back in August, April Collins filed a motion to quash the indictment against her.
Her attorney tells NewsWest 9, no decision has been regarding her indictment and whether or not the case will be dropped.
Collins was indicted in June for having an improper relationship with a student.
She's accused of texting sexual pictures to a 19-year-old student and offering to get a hotel room so they could meet up.
The District Attorney's office isn't commenting because the case is still pending.
