MIDLAND - A man got locked up in Midland the other day for punching and robbing another man who was giving him a ride.
Quincy Henry is facing robbery charges for the attack.
The victim told police that henry came up to him and asked for a ride then kept giving him instructions to turn or go straight.
After a while, he stopped the car along South Jackson and told henry that he was not going anywhere else.
That's when henry punched him in the head, grabbed his wallet and took off.
The car was still in drive at the time which caused the victim to crash into a fence.
