ODESSA – An Odessa High School instructor is on paid leave after a complaint was filed against him.
ECISD officials tell NewsWest 9, they received a complaint on Monday against OHS JROTC instructor Dion Davis.
The complaint alleged that Davis shoved a student causing injuries to his head during a bus ride back from an event in San Angelo.
Davis has been placed on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation.
We're told Davis could face Class C misdemeanor assault charges.
No other details about the complaint were released.
