ALPINE - A smoke shop owner in Alpine has plead guilty to a drug charge.
As part of a plea deal on Friday, Ilana Lipsen received deferred adjudication for a drug count.
Lipsen has agreed to pay $6,000 in restitution, along with $1,300 in court costs.
Two other charges filed against Lipsen were dismissed.
Lipsen is the owner of the Purple Zone.
She was charged with selling synthetic marijuana in a drug free zone after getting busted last November.
Officials say the bust came on the heels of a seven month investigation.
