Odessa Woman Killed in Car-Pedestrian Accident

ODESSA - An Odessa woman is dead following a car-pedestrian accident in Odessa.

The accident happened just before 4 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Fifth and Allegheny.

Odessa Police tell NewsWest 9, 80-year-old Kathryn Pease was traveling northbound in the crosswalk at the intersection. That's when a white 2013 Chevy Silverado, driven by 46-year-old Rochelle Sebree, turned left onto Fifth Street and hit Pease.

Pease was pronounced dead at the scene.

We're told Pease' body will be sent to Tarrant County for an autopsy.

We're told no arrests have been made in connection with the accident and the investigation is ongoing.
