ODESSA – One man is behind bars after allegedly threatening his roommate with a baseball bat.
Officers were called out to the 1300 block of East 56th Street on Friday in reference to a disturbance.
An investigation revealed that 48-year-old Darryl Masterson got into an argument with his roommate, grabbed a baseball bat and chased her across the residence.
The victim told police that as she tried to call for help, Masterson swung the bat at her causing her to sustain minor injuries.
