ECTOR COUNTY - The Ector County Sheriff's Office is investigating two separate weekend aggravated robberies.

The first robbery happened at the Game Room in the 7700 block of West University just before 10 p.m. Friday night.

Ector County deputies tell NewsWest 9, the suspect called the game room attendant over as if to ask a question then pointed a small handgun at him and demanded money.

The attendant refused to give the suspect the money and started running.

The suspect then chased the attendant through the game room at the time another customer entered the game room and the suspect left without taking any money.

The suspect is described as a white male, 6' tall wearing a black T-shirt with some type of 3D lettering on the front, blue jeans and a dark baseball cap.

We're told the suspect has dark brown hair, a slight beard and tattoos on both arms.

The suspects was seen leaving in a light gray or white colored SUV.

Officials say the SUV should have some minor damage to the rear of the vehicle after the vehicle backed up into a red pickup while trying to leave the scene.

The second robbery happened on Sunday in the 7000 block of North West County Road just before 3:45 a.m.

Officials were told that a White or Hispanic male entered a store, holding a blue shirt that appeared to be covering a gun.

He then said to everyone in the store, "This is a hold up, I want all the money."

The clerk complied with the suspect and gave the man an undetermined amount of money plus a bag full of cigarettes.

The suspect then told the clerk to lay face down and the suspect left the store.

We're told the suspect was last seen wearing a faded shirt pulled up over his head covering his face.
