MIDLAND - A Midland man has been convicted of his fifth DWI charge.
39-year-old Joe Fuentes was sentenced to 45 years in prison.
According to the report, back in February he ran a red light right in front of a Midland County Deputy.
Fuentes led them on a chase into a neighborhood and eventually crashed into a fence.
He then ran off on foot but was later caught.
The report says his blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit.
