MIDLAND - A Midland woman is behind bars accused of using an elderly woman's credit card.
According to the arrest report, the victim's daughter told police she believed her mother's caretaker, Sabrina Hernandez, was using her credit card.
She noticed unusual charges on the account including times when her mother was not out.
Hernandez admitted to the daughter and police that she used the card but claimed to always pay it back in cash.
