MIDLAND - A Midland woman is facing more charges after spitting on a jailer.
Natasha Morris was being held at the Midland County Jail in a restraint chair.
According to the arrest affidavit, she began being disruptive and starting slamming the chair into the wall.
Officers then entered the cell to secure feet so she would not injure herself and that's when she spit into a sergeants hair.
When that sergeant informed Morris that she just gained another offense, her response was, “at least it wasn't caught on camera.”
However, the incident was in fact caught on surveillance and reviewed in order to further the charge.
