ODESSA - A former Permian High School trainer is hoping to have her charges dropped.
April Collins filed a motion to kill the indictment against her.
Collins was indicted in June for having an improper relationship with a student.
She is accused of texting sexual pictures to a 19-year-old student and offering to get a hotel room so they could meet up.
The District Attorney's Office isn't commenting because the case is still pending.
