MIDLAND - We now know the name of the man involved in an incident with Midland Police on Friday night.
33-year-old Robert Bremerman is being charged with aggravated assault by threat and using a deadly a weapon.
Police were called out to the 2500 block of Washington Friday night.
According to the affidavit, a man pulled up to one of Brenerman's neighbor's house and honked the horn for his brother.
That's when Brenerman came out and told them to be quiet.
He then brought out a shotgun and pointed it at him after a verbal altercation.
When police arrived, they say Brenerman had his shotgun on him and went back inside the house.
He refused to come out and that's when the tactical unit was called in.
After about two hours, Brenerman finally came out and surrendered.
According to the report, he looked to be under the influence of drugs.
