ODESSA – Odessa Police have made a second arrest in the deadly shooting at Floyd Gwin Park.
19-year-old Cesar Ulate is being charged with capital murder.
Police say he was one of three people who killed 23-year-old Gabriel Castillo back in July.
According to the report, Ulate admitted that he was there at the time of the murder.
Christina Renteria was also arrested for tampering with evidence and making a false report.
According to her affidavit, she told police an SUV involved in the shooting was in Barstow.
Turns out, it was actually in Odessa.
Police say she also refused to tell them where the SUV was when she was asked again.
Her son, 20-year-old Adolfo Renteria is still on the run.
He faces charges of first degree murder.
According to the affidavit, he was the driver of the car with Ulate and another man during the murder.
We're told he is considered armed and dangerous.
