29-Year-Old Brian Marlbrough

Odessa Police arrested Marlbrough on 8-12-14 for Possession of Cocaine, a State Jail Felony. Officers observed a black 2010 Buick Lacrosse traveling in the 2900 block of East Highway 80 displaying an expired registration. A traffic stop was conducted and the front right passenger was identified as Marlbrough. Officers searched the listed vehicle and discovered crack cocaine on the floor between the front passenger seat and front passenger door. Marlbrough was charged and arrested accordingly.

37-Year-Old Pablo Ramirez

Odessa Police arrested Ramirez on Fowler on 8-14-14 for 8-11-14 for Possession of Cocaine, a State Jail Felony. Officers observed a red 1995 Chevrolet K1500 run a stop sign at Drury and Myers. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was identified as Ramirez. Officers searched the listed vehicle and discovered crack cocaine. Ramirez was charged and arrested accordingly.

45-Year-Old James DeWayne Williams

Odessa Police arrested Williams at Electric and Washington on 8-13-14 for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, a State Jail Felony. On 8-3-14, officers responded to the 3100 block of North Andrews Highway in reference to a stolen vehicle. The owner of a 2004 Nissan Maxima reported that an unknown subject had stolen their vehicle while it was parked in the business parking lot. Williams was charged and arrested accordingly and the vehicle was returned to its owner.

38-Year-Old Johnnu Escaheras Madrid

Odessa Police arrested Madrid on 8-13-14 for Manufacturing or Delivery of Cocaine, a First Degree Felony. Officers conducted a traffic stop on a tan 2011 Dodge truck at Pecos and Grant and the driver was identified as Madrid. Officers searched the listed vehicle and discovered multiple bags of cocaine, weighing approximately 18 ounces total. Madrid was charged and arrested accordingly.
