STANTON - A Stanton man was sentenced to 21 months in prison for wire fraud charges.

Prosecutors say Salvador Garza worked for Franklin and Son in Stanton and would deliver fuel to Standard Sales in Odessa.

According to the indictment, Garza falsely reported just how much fuel he delivered two separate times.

That cost the Odessa business more than $800,000 dollars.
