A man involved in the death of a Midland teen is back in jail.
Christopher Snyder had been charged with tampering with evidence involving a human corpse.
He plead guilty and was put only on probation.
The Drug Enforcement Agency tells NewsWest 9, he's back in custody after being accused of giving 19-year-old Haley Kemp heroin before she died.
He could be facing up to 20 years in prison.
Back in June, the sheriff's office found 19-year-old Haley Kemp’s body on a caliche road in Midland County.
They got information that Kemp was last seen at a home on South County Road 1224.
Deputies searched the home and found drugs along with Snyder and 52-year-old Robert Aiken.
We're told the two admitted to moving Kemp’s body from that house to the location where her body was found.
