Man, Woman Arrested For Several Warrants

Odessa Police arrested Tuck and Sellers on Monday, August 4, 2014, for several warrants and False Identification – Fugitive From Justice, a Class A Misdemeanor. Tuck was additionally charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, a State Jail Felony. Officers responded to a prowler call yesterday at approximately 0100 hours in the 3700 block of North Texas. Dispatch advised a prowler had attempted to break into a vehicle. Dispatch advised the car alarm went off but that the actor had taken off on foot.

Upon arrival, officers observed two subjects in the 3600 block of McKnight walking in the roadway when a sidewalk was available. Officers made contact with both subjects, who identified themselves as Matt Tuck and Amberlee Tucker. When officers ran a wanted check on the two subjects, dispatch advised there was no record found. Further investigation revealed that Matt Tuck was really Cody Sellers and that Amberlee Tucker was really Rayeanne Tuck.

Dispatch advised Tuck had three outstanding warrants for her arrest and that Sellers also had three outstanding warrants for his arrest. While searching Tuck’s purse, officers discovered an altoid mint box containing methamphetamine. Both Tuck and Sellers were charged and arrested accordingly.
