Police Searching for Aggravated Robbery Suspect in Odessa

ODESSA - Odessa Police need your help locating a suspect involved in a robbery that happened on Tuesday morning.

Officers were called out to the 800 block of West Clements in reference to an armed robbery.

An investigation revealed that soon after a Medical Center Hospital pediatrician exited her car and a Hispanic male pointed a gun at her and demanded the keys to her car.

The victim refused to give the man her keys and started screaming for help then the man began running eastbound.

We're told a witness chased the Hispanic man until the man turned around and pointed the gun at the witness. The suspect then got into the passenger side of an older model Ford truck with a black flatbed and fled the scene heading eastbound.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5'7" tall, 170 pounds, wearing a blue shirt with a blue bandana covering his face.

We're told the vehicle the suspect got into possibly had three people in it.

We're told no one was hurt during the incident.
