BIG SPRING - One man is behind bars for breaking and entering with the intent to commit a felony.

Our friends at KBYG Radio in Big Spring are reporting that Paul Barnard Hildreth, who is a registered sex offender, was arrested after police received a 911 call of a man inside a home at Monticello and Pickens just after 2:30 a.m. Sunday morning.

We’re told the mother at the residence told police she awoke to find Hildreth inappropriately touching her daughter and yelled at Hildreth to leave.

KBYG Radio reported that based upon a description of the suspect and the vehicle, Hildreth was later arrested.

Officials are expected to release more details about the arrest on Monday morning.
