MIDLAND - Midland College is now using reclaimed water for irrigation.
The college is pumping approximately 150,000 to 200,000 gallons of reclaimed water per day.
It's all to protect the trees on campus, as well as the lawns.
The water comes from the city's new reclamation plant in Windlands Park.
The new plant is the result of Joint project between the city and Midland College.
