A man was locked up for selling stolen diesel to an undercover officer.
An investigation showed 21-year-old David Hernandez was posting on Craigslist to sell red diesel.
Red Diesel is commonly known as untaxed diesel fuel.
Hernandez met up with what he thought was a buyer and sold the diesel to him.
Turns out, the buyer was an undercover officer.
According to the report, Hernandez stole the diesel at the drilling rig he worked on, which is owned by J.B. Hunt Gas and Oil drilling.
