MIDLAND - A man got into hot water on the Fourth of July after an argument over a woman turned violent.

Officers were called out to a club in the 2200 block of Garden City Highway in Midland around 1:15 a.m. Friday morning.

That's where they spotted 28-year-old Darlin Munoz-Perdomo across the street holding a large rock next to a vehicle with a shattered windshield.

An investigation revealed that he hit a man in the face with a pool ball inside the club.

When the victim tried to leave, Munoz-Perdomo followed him to the vehicle.

He then threw rocks at the victim's windshield because the man ran over his bike to keep him at the scene.

Munoz-Perdomo is facing felony aggravated assault charges for the crime.
