MARTIN COUNTY - DPS Officials have release some new information regarding a deadly accident that happened on Saturday in Martin County.
The accident happened on Interstate 20, near mile marker 161 around 8 p.m.
DPS Troopers tell NewsWest 9, a big rig, driven by David Fruhling of Abilene, Texas, was traveling eastbound on Interstate 20 when the driver failed to control speed and hit another big rig in front of him.
We're told the collision caused one big rig to drive into a barrow ditch and overturn.
Fruhling was pronounced dead about an hour later.
