MIDLAND COUNTY - If you live in Midland County, you will be able to pop fireworks this Fourth of July.
The city tells NewsWest 9, all fireworks are allowed but there are some restrictions.
If you plan on popping them, you can’t shoot them within 600 feet of a school, hospital or a church.
You must also get written permission if you are on someone's property.
If you get caught, you could face up to a $500 fine.
