Suspect in Odessa Home Invasion Arrested

ODESSA- Odessa Police have made an arrest in the armed home invasion from Tuesday.

20-year-old Quincy Ervin was arrested and charged on Thursday with intent to commit another felony.

Police say they have three other persons of interest that they are looking for.

Tuesday, Police responded to an armed robbery in the 2700 Block of east 8th Street.

A 20-year-old man at the home told police that four men broke in and ransacked his apartment.

Several items were stolen, which mainly consisted of electronics.

The men also went through the victim's car and took his keys.

Witnesses say that's when the victim fired several rounds at the armed robbers as they fled the scene.

No injuries were reported.

The suspects are described as four African American men between the ages of 20 and 30.

They fled the scene in a dark grey Dodge Stratus.

The investigation is ongoing.
