MIDLAND – Midland Police have captured the two suspects who robbed three businesses over the weekend.

Officials tell NewsWest 9 that a crime stoppers tip led to the arrests of 21-year-old Damien Rodriguez and a 16-year-old boy.

The pair walked into the Walgreens on Andrews Highway on Friday night wearing blue bandanas on their faces.

One of them was carrying a long-barreled gun and demanded cash from employees.

Two days later, the 7-11 on Neely and the 7-11 on Andrews Highway were also hit.

Authorities say Rodriguez and the teen used the same look for both robberies.
