ODESSA - "Once again, we've got another Ulta theft," said Susan Rogers of Odessa Crime Stoppers.

For the fourth time in about six months, the Ulta on Highway 191 has been victimized by bandits. Back in February, a man and a woman were seen on camera stealing various items.

"We have two people that go in, they're over in the cosmetics end," said Rogers.

In the video, we can see the two go in different directions after entering the store. The woman hits up the make up section and shoves several items into her purse. Meanwhile, the man is in the fragrance department picking out his favorite scent--a Class B misdemeanor.

He then returns to the woman, she bends down, and he slips the cologne into her purse in the blink of an eye.

"As they were going out the door, it set the alarms off, and of course management went over to them and they took off running," said Rogers.

The duo fled the parking lot in a dark red 2-door pickup truck. However, Rogers is confident these two won't be on the run for long.

"We've run Ultas before and so far we've been able to make arrests because of viewers' calls after every Ulta theft that we've run, and we hope that we can do that again this time."

Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for any tip that leads to the arrest of these suspects. If you think you recognize them, please call Odessa Crime Stoppers at 333-TIPS.
