Police arrested 29-year-old Michael Lee Weidner from Midland after they discovered 21 files of child porn on a file sharing network.

According to court documents, Weidner had several videos of girls between the ages of eight and 15 performing sexual acts on a man, and with each other. Some even included sexual toys. In one of the videos, police say a young girl can be seen grimacing in pain.

It says Jones not only confessed to uploading the picture, but also admitted to sexually assaulting his nine-year-old cousin and 12-year-old sister 10 years ago.

19-year-old Avery Rodriguez, a recent Permian High School graduate, was arrested for having child pornography on his Instagram account.

In the criminal complain, Rodriguez says he created the "I_Like_It13" Instagram account in order to save the images he collected, so that they would not be on his cell phone or iPad.

After his arrest, Rodriguez also stated that it had become a "trend" on social media to post photos of child pornography.

If convicted, all three accused men could face to up to 20 years in prison, among other charges.

Perre Jones is set to plead guilty in federal court next Wednesday. Court dates for the other suspects have not been set yet.
