Midland Woman Arrested For Trying to Pass Counterfeit Money

MIDLAND - Trying to pass of counterfeit money landed a Midland woman in jail.

21-year-old Lindsey Jackson is charged with forgery.

According to the police report, a worker at Western Union says Jackson tried to send $150 to a federal prison.

But the cash didn't pass a counterfeit marker test.

The report says Jackson told police it didn't pass because she used starch and irons them.
