REEVES COUNTY - A Georgia man is dead following an accident on Interstate 20 in Reeves County.
The accident happened on Interstate 20, 16 miles west of Toyah on Thursday afternoon.
DPS officials tell NewsWest 9, a 2009 International vehicle was traveling eastbound on Interstate 20 when the vehicle left the roadway and hit a guardrail.
We’re told the vehicle then traveled through the guardrail and traveled into a ravine.
The driver of the vehicle, 57-year-old Anthony Dennis from College Park, Georgia, was trapped inside the vehicle and the vehicle burned.
Officials say Dennis was pronounced dead on the scene.
No other vehicles were involved in the accident.
