MIDLAND - A Midland man is accused of running a guy over with his car.

Police found the victim laying in the parking lot of a Midland bar on North Midland Drive, along with Robert Wolf.

According to the arrest report, the two had been drinking and arguing at their place of employment and home before arriving in the parking lot of the bar.

Neither Wolf or the man ever went inside.

Wolf told officers the man went up to his car in an "aggressive manner" and began banging on his window.

Wolf claims, out of fright, he reversed and backed out of his parking spot then accelerated and hit the man.

However, witnesses say that's not true.

They told officers it appeared that Wolf was trying to "shake" the man off his car in an aggressive manner and that he ran him over.
