BIG SPRING - A Big Spring man has been formally charged after stealing a car, a chase and a standoff.
Back in February, authorities say Michael Fossee stole a Cadillac at gunpoint from the 87 Auto Sales dealership.
Deputies spotted him speeding down Highway 87 going more than 100 miles per hour.
According to the report, Fossee then went into the Boyce Galvanizing Plant and showed a gun after getting out of the car.
He then ran into a building where 15 people were inside.
We're told they safely escaped through the back door.
After a short standoff, Fossee surrendered.
