ODESSA - The former Odessa Police officer, who allegedly groped women during traffic stops, has been indicted.
Officials tell NewsWest 9 that Salvador Becerra was formally charged on Tuesday.
He was put in cuffs back in march for three felony charges of violating the civil rights of a person in custody.
Becerra was picked up again a few weeks later for the alleged sexual assault of another woman.
Becerra was fired from the Odessa Police Department after the charges were revealed.
