ANDREWS – One person was arrested on several charges after allegations were made that a substitute teacher was allegedly acting inappropriately in a classroom setting.
On May 6, Andrews ISD Officials were notified of the situation and conducted an investigation into the allegations.
About a week later, three warrants were issued for 25-year-old Eric Vitale. The warrants were for two counts of obscenity and a charge of sale, distribution, or display of harmful material to a minor.
