MIDLAND - A man is in big trouble after leaving his kid in the truck while he went to the bar.
Midland Police found 35-year-old Ricardo Hernandez at Torino's Bar over the weekend.
According to the report, a nine year old boy went up to one of the managers and asked if she knew where his dad was at.
Police say Hernandez was found in the bathroom and was extremely drunk.
A report said his tab was for at least two hours.
He had ordered food, a large beer and several mixed drinks while his son was in the truck alone.
