MIDLAND COUNTY - A Brownwood man remains behind bars in Midland County for touching multiple family members inappropriately about four years ago.
Patrick Jennings is facing three charges of indecency with a child.
Earlier this month, the victim's mother filed a police report saying that Jennings had touched her kids while they were sleeping.
The next day, one of the victims made an outcry, saying that Jennings touched her genitals multiple times and tried to get her to touch him.
Two other children told police he touched them as well.
